What’s our mission?
As a brand, our core mission is to create happiness for every person who eats one of our desserts. We aren't looking to radically change the world, but we do want to radically change your day and put a smile on your face which we believe is something extremely special in itself. Angie, our founder and Queen of all things Dough, often says that our bottom-line is measured in how many people we can make smile, and that’s something everyone working here takes very seriously!
MEET THE TEAM
Founder & Operational Director
The first of our founders, also known as the Dough Queen, is an energetic leader and all-round dessert mastermind. You can find her working on new recipes, leading from the front in opening new stores and deliberating on how much Nutella is too much Nutella (Hint: It’s never enough!). Angie spends her free time keeping her mind and body healthy and living the foodie lifestyle.
Commercial Director
Our other founder and super-tall, free-spirited commercial brain can usually be found making himself milkshakes (product development?) or coming up with crazy new ideas at all hours of the night. He enjoys playing basketball and traveling the world looking for new opportunities for the MyCookieDough brand. Get in touch with Ricki for any new commercial opportunities.
Creative Director
Our creative unicorn from the faraway island of Fiji, Keira brings a calming influence to what can often be a crazy office. She has a knack for designing beautiful things in and out of work, which matches her colourful personality. Many of the delicious products that you see on our menu are the brainchild of Keira’s creative genius. Outside of work you can find her at trendy London spots and hanging with eclectic characters in the city.
Operations
He was one of our first employees to join the dough revolution, bringing a never-say-die attitude and magical ability to get absolutely anything done. When the chips are down and the pressure is on, JD is the Superman we all need. He seems to learn a new skill every day and has become an absolute gem within our operations team.
Marketing Strategist
Our marketing strategist from sunny South Africa, he has a knack for tying creativity and business development into one exciting tapestry. He also has a constant flow of interesting ideas going through his noggin, which mainly lead to memes about Ricki and Angie. He enjoys running, sport and eating at some of the best burger spots in London.
